The Company Won the Bid for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project in Tanzania
Recently, the Company officially received the notice of winning the bid for the Dar es Salaam Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Infrastructure Construction Phase 4 Section 2 issued by the Tanzania National Highway Administration. This is the third project won by the Company in Tanzania following the Pangani Bridge Project and the Kenyawa-Omru Shaka (50km) road upgrade project. The successful bidding of this project is another important achievement of the Company’s active “secondary operation”, which provides strong support for the expansion of the Tanzanian project cluster, and fully demonstrates the high recognition of our Company’s brand value by the Tanzanian government.

The project is located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with a total length of 15.63 kilometers. The main work content is the upgrading of existing roads, the construction of BRT express bus lanes and auxiliary facilities such as drainage pipe network. The route along the project is an important traffic route in the city. After completion, it will greatly improve the traffic conditions of the existing roads, alleviate urban traffic congestion, effectively improve the transportation capacity of the area. Therefore, it will play an important role in promoting regional economic development and improving people’s livelihood. This project is the first BRT construction project won by the Company, and it has made a useful attempt to realize business diversification.
Next, the company shall always adhere to the national strategy of “Belt and Road”, and earnestly implement the requirements of the Company’s “14th Five-Year Plan” outline.
